‘Civilian Health and Medical program of the Uniformed Services. The Dept, of Defense operates this program to provide<br />

reimbursement (alter payment of a deductible) tor covered medical care rendered in civilian facilities to wives and children of<br />

active military personnel, to retired military personnel and their dependents, and to dependents of deceased personnel. Program is<br />

designed for those unable to use Government medical facilities for reasons of distance, overcrowding, or the unavailability of<br />
