* "Specified owner with a mortgage". Selected monthly owner costs is the sum of payments for mortgages, deeds of trust, or<br />

similar debts on the property; real estate taxes; fire and hazard insurance on the property; utilities (electricity, gas, and water); and<br />

fuels (oil, coal, kerosene, wood. etc.). *"Gross rent" is the contract rent plus the estimated average monthly cost of utilities<br />

(electricity, gas, and water) and fuels (oil, coal, kerosene, wood, etc.) H these are paid for by the renter (or paid for the renter by<br />

someone else) In addition to rent. 4 "Specified renter-occupied" housing units include renter-occupied units except one-family<br />

houses on 10 or more acres.<br />
