Human Resource Implications 4.2 There are no Human Resource implications for the Council. Legal Implications 4.3 The Council is required to seek Scottish Government approval for the disposal of any land which is held on the Housing Revenue Account. The Council's Legal Services will ensure this is obtained before the sale of land proceeds. Equality Implications 4.4 There are no equality implications arising from this project. Environmental Implications 4.5 The Environmental implications of this development are addressed within the Strategic Environmental Assessment for the Local Plan. Conclusion 6.1 This report seeks committee approval for the sale of land at Vineburgh, Irvine to Cunninghame Housing Association, and also that the Council can recompense the Association for specific and agreed extra-ordinary development costs, upon production of evidence that the cost has been incurred.
