8. Equality Action Plan 2012/13

Submitted draft Equality Action Plan 2012/13. The Plan is based on an updating of
the Equality Action Plan 2011/12 by each service. The next Action Plan for 2013/14
will be restructured around the equality outcomes once these are agreed.
The Group noted that the draft Equality Action Plan 2012/13 would be submitted to
the Executive for approval.
9. Cantonese Interpreting Service
Submitted report on the use of the Cantonese Interpreting Service in 2011. There
was a sight increase in the use of the service in 2011 compared to the previous year.
Noted.
10. Dates of Future Meetings
Meetings of the Corporate Equality Group in 2012 will be held on Mondays on the
undernoted dates:-
* 11 June – 2.00 p.m. (* please note the amended date and time)
3 September – 10.00 a.m.; and
3 December – 10.00 a.m.
The meeting ended at 11.30 a.m.
