officers identified as being the Council representative on the Territory
Board and substitute. However, it is expected that this will be
undertaken within the Council's existing staffing complement.

4.6 The Council's Corporate Plan 2008-2011 lays out four broad
perspectives which provide clear strategic direction, inform decisions
at a corporate and service level and shape resources allocation. This
report impacts on the following:-
15a Public perceptions of public services have improved;
15b Public services are more efficient and effective; and
15c partnership working has improved.
5. Consultations
5.1 Consultation has taken place with senior officers in Education and
Skills and Legal Services.
5.2 Discussions will continue between Finance and Infrastructure (IDS);
Education and Skills as a potential major customer of Hubco, and to
ensure the Council's position relating to Hubco involvement is properly
considered.
