TRIBUNAL ELECTORAL REGIONALSEXTA REGlONRANCAGUAPor estas consideraciones, disposiciones legales citadas, y 10dispuesto en los artículos 96 de la Constitución Política de la República,10 N° 2, 16 Y siguientes de la Ley N° 18.593 y estatutos de la entidad sedeclara que:1.- Se ACOGE el reclamo de fojas 1 y siguientes, interpuestopor doña Paulina Ewing Sierralta, en representación de la empresaGuard Service Seguridad S.A.II.- Que como consecuencia de la decisión anterior, se ANULAla elección complementaria de directorio de la Federación de Sindicatos deTrabajadores del Sector Privado de Chile, F.O.CH, verificada el dia 06 dediciembre de 2009.III.- Que por consiguiente, se ANULA y DEJA SIN EFECTO laelección de doña Karina Vilches Zamora, quien fuera elegida en dichoproceso electoral Directora Sindical Encargada de Mujeres de Los Andes.Notifiquese a la reclamante y a doña Karina Vilches Zamoraen la forma establecida en el artículo 25 de la Ley N° 18.593, Ypersonalmente o por cédula, a través de sus apoderados, lo que deberá serpracticado por un Receptor Judicial de la Jurisdicción de la I. Corte deApelaciones de Rancagua o bien por la Receptora Ad-Hoc designada enestos autos, sin perjuicio de las facultades del señor Secretario Relator deeste Tribunal Electoral. Asimismo, notifiquese de la forma señalada a laFederación de Sindicatos de Trabajadores del Sector Privado de ChileF.O.CH, en su domicilio.Regístrese, y en su oportunidad archívese.Rol N° 2.549.
