ANKARA- The highest level official Iraqi<br />

dcJegation to visit Turkey since the Gulf War<br />

is expecled to arrive in Ankara after the new<br />

year for technicaltalks, a senior Turkish oflicial<br />

said on Wednesday.<br />

Foreign Ministry spokesman Ferhat Ataman<br />

said the exact date of the visit, and the names<br />

of Ihe Iraqi officials to come to Ankara, had<br />

said Ankara was uncomfortable<br />

with the authority vacuum in the region<br />

134 blessés dans la seule ville <strong>de</strong><br />

Souleimanyé. Vingt-<strong>de</strong>ux per-<br />

sonnes avaient été tuées la<br />

En visite en Syrie, M. Talabani<br />

a affirmé, mardi, que les combats<br />

avaient cessé <strong>et</strong> que la UK avait:<br />
