Attualizzare un edificio storico del quartiere EUR è un’operazione che passa attraverso la reinterpretazione
degli stilemi classici dell’edificio e il superamento dello schema planimetrico originale
a favore di una nuova flessibilità architettonica ed impiantistica.
Updating a historic building in the EUR district involves the reinterpretation of the classic stylistic
features of the building and the overcoming of the original site plan for a new architectural
and plant engineering flexibility.
Il layout distributivo e l’ergonomia offrono livelli
elevati di comfort per un ambiente dove il design
è un vero e proprio strumento di relazione.
Negli interni i materiali e i colori scelti evocano
la struttura esterna: il travertino contrapposto
alla trasparenza delle partizioni vetrate apporta
una calda matericità molto romana.

The layout and ergonomics offer high comfort
standards for a setting, where design is an
actual relation tool. The materials and colours
chosen for the interiors evoke the outside
structure: the travertine stone opposed to the
transparent, glazed partitions produces a warm
