An eco-sustainable campus – ten buildings including one for the canteen – with a novel, holistic approach;
an answer for companies in the high-tech and IT industries, that want to rationalize their location
and energy costs, at the same time improving the environmental working condition for their employees.
Un nuovo concept di edificio “ibrido” che per
le sue caratteristiche tipo-tecno-morfologiche è
in grado di accogliere: uffici, laboratori, IT rooms,
locali training, auditorium, test room. Energy
Park persegue gli obiettivi più ambiziosi di qualità
e sostenibilità ambientale; è già stato attivato
l’iter per l’ottenimento della certificazione
energetica LEED-CS.

A new concept of “hybrid” building, the typetechno-morphological
features of which allow
to accommodate offices, labs, IT rooms, training
rooms, auditorium, test room. Energy Park
pursues the most ambitious goals of
environmental sustainability and quality and the
procedure for the LEED-CS certification has
already been started. ■

L’intento fondamentale è quello di definire un racconto sensoriale a tre dimensioni in grado di stimolare
i sensi del visitatore-ospite. Questa scelta filosofica si è concretizzata attraverso la creazione
di una ambientazione all’interno della quale niente è statico.
The basic goal is to define a three-dimensional sensory tale to stimulates the guest-visitor’s senses.
This philosophical choice was realized through an interior setting, where nothing is static.

edificio in vetro e acciaio. Grande attenzione è
rivolta al risparmio energetico, all’azzeramento
dei costi di manutenzione (aerazione a travi fredde,
fotovoltaico, illuminazione e schermature solari
automatizzate) e al massimo comfort ambientale
(acustico, termico, illuminazione e qualità aria
ambiente).

Just a few strong signs mark the space of this
building in glass and steel. The focus is on energy
saving, maintenance cost resetting (cold beam
aeration, photovoltaic, lighting and automated sun
screening,) and maximum environmental comfort
(sound, heat, lighting and inside air quality). ■
