S.F. In winter I play soccer, which is my second passion<br />
aside from golf. We have one golf hole up at the restaurant<br />
where you can practise your putting all through winter. As<br />
a challenge we write down the results and at the end of the<br />
year the winner gets a greenfee paid for by the others. Some<br />
guests also play for an expensive bottle of wine.<br />
L.L. Mr. Fahrner, at Verwallstube you’re right hand to your<br />
father Manfred Fahrner. What are your goals and ideas for<br />
the future?<br />
S.F. My dad has been up here for more than 20 years now,<br />
he built up Verwallstube from scratch, it’s his second child, so<br />
to speak. And, of course, now I can’t and don’t want to simply<br />
come in there and change everything. We have a young<br />
te<strong>am</strong> with Matthias and a few cool ideas that we’ll put into<br />
practice step-by-step.<br />
