passed Stuben on their way across the Arlberg.
And even back then the old post inn “zur Alten
POST” fed and hosted all those looking for
warm hospitality and a warm parlour. And
this basic sentiment has not changed – only
the visual aspects and the name of the old post
station were overhauled in 2015 and now they
shine like new. In his interview with La Loupe
hotel owner Thomas Brändle recalls the house’s
history, he awakens cravings for the culinary
delights the restaurant has to offer, and he
explains what challenges the tourism in Stuben
faces.
