mobile cuisine on a snow groomer, in pursuit of a<br />

modern service philosophy: quality, simple and fast.<br />

SNOWLICIOUS is made up of a refurbished PRINOTH snow groomer<br />

that has been fitted out with a professional kitchen. Food is made<br />

right there and served fresh, much like we know it from legendary<br />

food trucks all over the world. The recipes were created by the<br />

renowned Italian chef Andrea C<strong>am</strong>pi who also invented SNOWLICIOUS<br />

and who guarantees high quality food ‘made in Italy’. Andrea C<strong>am</strong>pi<br />

is owner and chef de cuisine at ‘Osteria al Dosso’ in Aprica, Valtellina.<br />

There he has specialised in a cuisine that connects with its natural<br />

surroundings and prefers regional products.<br />
