SNOWLICIOUS is made up of a refurbished PRINOTH snow groomer
that has been fitted out with a professional kitchen. Food is made
right there and served fresh, much like we know it from legendary
food trucks all over the world. The recipes were created by the
renowned Italian chef Andrea Campi who also invented SNOWLICIOUS
and who guarantees high quality food ‘made in Italy’. Andrea Campi
is owner and chef de cuisine at ‘Osteria al Dosso’ in Aprica, Valtellina.
There he has specialised in a cuisine that connects with its natural
surroundings and prefers regional products.
