SNOWLICIOUS has been touring European ski resorts and in
2017 it even reached North America where more and more
interested potential partners fall for the idea of a gourmet
snow groomer.
The 20th edition of the competition ‘Sterne-Cup der Köche’ in
April of 2017 drew chefs from Germany, Austria, Switzerland
and South Tyrol to Bad Ischgl – and of course the SNOWLICIOUS
food truck was there too. More than 50 Michelin-stars and
more than 600 Gault-Millau points came together here.
