take part in the international preliminary round
of Entente Florale. Among all the applicants
only 15 make it to the finals, one of them was
St. Anton. In September there was reason to
celebrate: Gold goes to the Arlberg!
In the course of more than 40 years the traditional flower
and plant competition Entente Florale Europe has expanded
its catalogue of criteria quite a bit and today it’s about more
than just making a place look prettier. Under the leadership
of mayor Peter Mall, a team of 15 took several measures and
initiated projects that were able to convince the international
jury during their assessment tour in June.
