guests also find it interesting. We notice that the type of guest
we get has changed in the past years. Young people want to
feel the mountains and nature again.
L.L. The à-la-carte restaurant serves classics that used to
be served even at the times of the stagecoach – combined
with international creations. What dish should one really try
at APRÈS POST HOTEL?
T.B. We treat our guests to Austrian delicacies – be it the
famous Viennese Schnitzel, the Zwiebelrostbraten (fried beef
with onions and gravy) or Kaiserschmarren (thick, fluffy
pancakes, torn to bite-sized pieces). Our goal is to make sure
guests enjoy Austrian cuisine while they’re on holiday. And
of course, we also have some international dishes, fish or
vegetarian dishes.
L.L. What is your favourite dish?
T.B. I like fish and vegetables the most.
