L.L. The à-la-carte restaurant serves classics that used to<br />

be served even at the times of the stagecoach – combined<br />

with international creations. What dish should one really try<br />

at APRÈS POST HOTEL?<br />

T.B. We treat our guests to Austrian delicacies – be it the<br />

f<strong>am</strong>ous Viennese Schnitzel, the Zwiebelrostbraten (fried beef<br />

with onions and gravy) or Kaiserschmarren (thick, fluffy<br />

pancakes, torn to bite-sized pieces). Our goal is to make sure<br />

guests enjoy Austrian cuisine while they’re on holiday. And<br />

of course, we also have some international dishes, fish or<br />

vegetarian dishes.<br />

L.L. What is your favourite dish?<br />

T.B. I like fish and vegetables the most.<br />
