Front Panel Operation: Store/Recall > STORE|RECALL|DELETE|RENAME|AUTO<br />

To rename a location, select RENAME. Press the arrow keys to move the<br />

cursor to a specific position and then turn the knob to select the desired<br />

letter or number. To clear the name of a location, change each character<br />

to “ ^ ” (starting with the rightmost character) and then press the left<br />

arrow key to move to the next character.<br />

To automatically recall a specific location when power is restored, <br />

select AUTO. Use the knob to scroll through the available locations<br />

containing a stored state.<br />

Remote Interface Operation: Use the following commands to store and <br />

recall instrument states.<br />

*SAV {1|2|3|4|5}<br />

*RCL {1|2|3|4|5}<br />

To assign a user- defined name to a stored state to be recalled from the<br />

front panel, see the following example. From the remote interface, you can<br />

only recall a stored state using a number (1 through 5).<br />

MEM:STAT:NAME 1,TEST_RACK_1<br />

To configure the instrument to automatically recall location 2 when power<br />

is restored, send the following commands.<br />

*SAV 2<br />

MEM:STATE:RECALL:SELECT 2<br />

MEM:STATE:RECALL:AUTO ON<br />
