Note: Fish may be harvested from freshwater, saltwater, or be farm raised. Fish may contain low, medium, and high levels of<br />

mercury. Pregnant women, nursing mothers, women who intend to have children and children younger than 15 years should<br />

not eat fish more than once a month if it is harvested from contaminated waters. Fish with the highest levels of mercury include<br />

canned tuna, swordfish, king mackerel, marlin, amber jack, Chilean sea bass, shark, and fresh tuna.
