not settk <strong>the</strong>ir account with<strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> year (fig. 4.1). <strong>The</strong> expansion of bus<strong>in</strong>ess<br />

dur<strong>in</strong>g <strong>the</strong> 1 840s with new customers was associated fur<strong>the</strong>r credit.65<br />
