2 - Setting up the Emulator X VSTi
Before continuing, connect the MIDI output of your MIDI keyboard to the MIDI input
of your computer.
13. Restart Cubase LE and follow steps 1-5 on the previous page. The window shown
below appears.
14. Click the Inspector button located at the topleft
of the Cubase window. The Inspector

15. Click on the Track Input box in the Inspector Pane and select your MIDI input.
16. Select VST Instruments (F11) from the Devices menu on the menu bar. The VST
Instruments window appears.
17. Click on “No VST Instrument” and select Emulator XVSTi from the list.
18. Click on the Track Output box in the Inspector Pane and select Emulator XVSTi.
