It is to be noted that what all we have explained is only sub-systems of HRM. Only the functions of sub-systems are outlined. Every sub-system requires deep analysis and explanation. Appraisal sub-system. iv. Motivation sub-system. v. Compensation sub-system. vi. Integration sub-system. vii. Maintenance sub-system and viii. Industrial Relation sub-system.
