* Perspective - It is the direction <strong>–</strong> a mental view <strong>of</strong> the relative<br />

importance <strong>of</strong> things.<br />

* Positioning - The image <strong>of</strong> the company and its products in the market<br />

* Politics - Judicious and expedient behavior <strong>of</strong> people in the<br />

organization
