Introduction<br />

The primary objective <strong>of</strong> <strong>HRM</strong> is to ensure the availability <strong>of</strong> right people for right<br />

jobs to achieve the organisational goals effectively. There are various sub-objectives as<br />

well which are discussed in this lesson.<br />
