November 15, 1715, "John Earll," of Portsmouth, in consideration<br />

of .£100, conveyed to <strong>his</strong> " cousin* (nephew) f John Earll Jr. J (2d)<br />

of Portsmouth," three acres of l<strong>and</strong>, with a dwelling house, in Ports-<br />

mouth. T<strong>his</strong> l<strong>and</strong> was near Bristol ferry, <strong>and</strong> adjoined l<strong>and</strong>s<br />

belonging to each party, respectively.<br />

February 13, 1722, in consideration of £60, he conveyed to Shad-<br />

rach Keese six acres of l<strong>and</strong> on Hog Isl<strong>and</strong>, in Portsmouth.<br />

His will was executed in 1759.<br />
