Improvement of the One Equal half part of my Dwelling House I<br />

now live In <strong>and</strong> one half of the Cellar <strong>and</strong> one half of the Gardens<br />

<strong>and</strong> a priviledge of the wells <strong>and</strong> a Priviledge to pass <strong>and</strong> repass<br />

where she shall have Occation <strong>and</strong> also Sufficient firewood to be cutt<br />

<strong>and</strong> brought home to her door for her own Use <strong>and</strong> Two Hundred<br />

pounds Weight of good Pork <strong>and</strong> Three Hundred pounds Weight of<br />

good beef &. Twenty pounds Weight of good Sheeps wool <strong>and</strong><br />

Twenty pounds Weight of good flax from the Swingle <strong>and</strong> Ten<br />

Bushels of Good Indian Corn <strong>and</strong> five Bushels of Rye <strong>and</strong> five<br />

Barrels of Cyder <strong>and</strong> as many Apples as She Shall have Occation<br />

for her Own Use <strong>and</strong> a Priviledge to keep fowles for her Own Use<br />

also I give unto my said beloved Wife five Pounds Lawfull Money<br />

all the aforesaid giftes <strong>and</strong> Bequeaths are to be paid her Yearly <strong>and</strong><br />

Every Year by my Executors hereafter named so long as She Shall<br />

Remain my Widow <strong>and</strong> no Longer.<br />

Also I give unto my wellbeloved Wife Two good Cows <strong>and</strong> one<br />

good Riding beast to be kept Winter <strong>and</strong> Summer on t<strong>his</strong> my Homestead<br />

farm Yearly <strong>and</strong> Every Year During her Widowhood <strong>and</strong> no<br />

longer <strong>and</strong> also my Negro Woman Named Jenny <strong>and</strong> my Negro Girl<br />

Named Rose for Ever I also give unto Rebecca my Wife my Side<br />

Saddle <strong>and</strong> bridle all the aforesaid giftes <strong>and</strong> Bequeaths are in Liew<br />

of her Rights of her Thirds or Dowry if She pleases to Except<br />

thereof ******<br />

Furthermore my Will is that Jeff a Negro Man an Apprentice now<br />

to James Luther Jun r Shall be free at the Expiration of the Term of<br />

<strong>his</strong> Apprentiship. Also my Will is that my five Negros Namely<br />

Augustus Ceasar Simon Abraham <strong>and</strong> Margaret Shall be free when<br />

they Shall come to Thirty Years of Age."<br />
