General Considerations
Existing lower level DML program absolutes do not need to be modified, compiled, or
recollected/relinked. Databases do not require any modification or unloading/reloading.

Compatibility
URTS 13R1B, 13R2, or greater must be installed before executing UCS DMS programs.
Migration
Code in the UDS$DMRICR that was capable of supporting access to UCS DMS
programs is no longer included. Each application group must now have the appropriate
UDS$DMRSHELL and UDS$DMRICR for the particular level being used.

Compatibility
Previously, code from the DMRTRACE procedure was controlled by a switch and was
turned on by doing a DMS build. Output from the DMRTRACE was written to the print
file for the run. The DMRTRACE procedure is removed from the DMR and replaced with
the UDSC trace mechanism.

Java subschemas need to be recompiled, and the custom classes rebuilt as a result of
