Migration for Existing Dorado 400 Customers
• For Dorado 4000 systems, ClearPath OS 2200 Release 13.2 is tightly paired with
Plateau 2.3 and the ClearPath 13.1 Dorado 4000 Compatibility Package which
contains the 2.3-CP13.1-4000-COMPATIBILITY.sup file.
• Plateau 2.3 and the Compatibility Package are available on the ClearPath Support site
for Dorado 4000 series systems at:

To acquire the media, click on the Media Tab, then click on the Plateau 2.3 link and
download all the software products listed in the release.
7.10. Migration for Existing Dorado 400 Customers
When migrating to the ClearPath OS 2200 13.2 on a Dorado 400 system, you must be
aware that the CPCommOS 4R2A product delivered in this release is restricted on the
Dorado 400 systems. Due to interdependencies with the plateau level, the CPCommOS
4R2A product will not function on a Dorado 400 system. To resolve this situation, Unisys
supplies CP-FLD400 fast-load tape for use on the Dorado 400 systems only. This tape
includes the ClearPath OS 2200 13.2 product levels and CPCommOS 2R2. Use the ST
INSTALLPKG runstream to install this Dorado 400-specific fast-load tape.
The CPCommOS 2R2 product was delivered in the ClearPath OS 2200 12.0 release. If
you need to build the CPCommOS 2R2 product, use the product that was delivered on
the CPCOMMSUITE logical package tape in the ClearPath OS 2200 12.0 release. If you
did not take delivery of the ClearPath OS 2200 12.0 release and require a copy of the
CPCommOS 2R2 product, contact the Unisys support Center and request a copy of this
product be made available to you.
