355, in regard to the policies of the Kurdish parties who<br />

ask for the autonomy for each part of <strong>Kurdistan</strong> within<br />

the borders of those countries, in his comment: “If the<br />

<strong>Kurds</strong> accept this kind of form for the relation between<br />

the oppressor <strong>and</strong> the oppressed as an eternal fact, by<br />

just accepting the notion of “autonomy” they have already<br />

lost half of the battle.”<br />

It is true that the Kurdish revolutions that asked for<br />

the autonomy publicly in the past, <strong>and</strong> up to now dem<strong>and</strong><br />

a Kurdish state in private, only through the leaders of<br />

those Kurdish revolutions, who asked for a Kurdish state<br />

<strong>and</strong> independence of <strong>Kurdistan</strong>, will ever have a chance<br />

for that. In this regard Dr Henry Kissinger, the former<br />

American Secretary of State in the USA in his memoirs:<br />

“Mella Mustafa suggested to the United States on 16<br />

March 1974 the following:<br />

Mella Mustafa presented his strategy in two lines:<br />

presenting a support of 180 millions in US dollars in<br />

order to gain a real autonomy; <strong>and</strong> the second option:<br />

presenting a support of 360 million US dollars in order<br />

to get a complete independence of <strong>Kurdistan</strong>.” (See the<br />
