Article Four<br />

Bodies of Western <strong>Kurdistan</strong> Government in Exile<br />

1. <strong>The</strong> General Conference is the highest legislative power<br />

in <strong>Kurdistan</strong>: <strong>The</strong> Assembly of <strong>Kurdistan</strong> <strong>Nation</strong>al<br />

Congress <strong>and</strong> the Western <strong>Kurdistan</strong> Government in<br />

Exile President <strong>and</strong> its Ministries: Home Office,<br />

Foreign Office, Media & Communication Office,<br />

Economic <strong>and</strong> Financial Office, Defence <strong>Nation</strong>al<br />

Security Office, Oil Office, Juridical <strong>and</strong> Legislative<br />

Office, Social <strong>and</strong> Health Office, Educational <strong>and</strong><br />

Cultural Office <strong>and</strong> the Secretariat.<br />

2. President of the <strong>Kurdistan</strong> <strong>Nation</strong>al Congress: Has the<br />

power of the President of <strong>Kurdistan</strong> Republic, to sign<br />

the international treaties <strong>and</strong> to choose the Prime<br />

Minister.<br />

3. Western <strong>Kurdistan</strong> Government in Exile is the highest<br />

executive power in <strong>Kurdistan</strong>: <strong>The</strong> Prime Minister <strong>and</strong><br />

the Ministries of: Home Office, Foreign Office, Media<br />

& Communication Office, Economic <strong>and</strong> Financial<br />

Office, Defence <strong>Nation</strong>al Security Office, Oil Office,<br />

Juridical <strong>and</strong> Legislative Office, Social <strong>and</strong> Health<br />

Office, Educational <strong>and</strong> Cultural Office <strong>and</strong> the<br />

Secretariat.<br />

4. <strong>The</strong> Prime Minister is the President of the Government<br />

<strong>and</strong> is responsible to put the State Policy in action.<br />

5. <strong>The</strong> Ministries working as committees, secretaries <strong>and</strong><br />

advisers are responsible on the policy of the State in<br />

their areas.<br />
