our Kurdish people since the glorious uprising of<br />

12/4/2004.<br />

6. Initiating a legal action at the International Justice<br />

Court in Lahay against the criminal murderers heading<br />

the Syrian regime to be tried for crimes against<br />

humanity <strong>and</strong> committing mass murders against the<br />

Kurdish people in Western <strong>Kurdistan</strong> during the current<br />

uprising <strong>and</strong> before that during the painful events of<br />

burning alive the Kurdish children in the town of<br />

Amuda in 1960 <strong>and</strong> burning alive of the Kurdish<br />

prisoners in the Central Prison of the city of Hasaka<br />

in 1993, <strong>and</strong> others.<br />

7. Adopting all means to defend the Kurdish people who<br />

are subjected to imprisonment <strong>and</strong> murdering under<br />

torture in the Syrian prisons.<br />

8. Supporting the USA government’s decision of<br />

imposing economical sanctions against Damascus <strong>and</strong><br />

putting the Syrian regime on the list of the states exporting<br />

terrorism.<br />

<strong>The</strong> conference received many faxes <strong>and</strong> letters of<br />

support from various parts of the world <strong>and</strong> the audience<br />

was from the Kurdish residents of various cities of<br />

Germany as well as delegations from France, Netherl<strong>and</strong>s<br />

<strong>and</strong> Austria. <strong>The</strong>re were also Kurdish personalities from<br />

Southern <strong>Kurdistan</strong> such as Dr Jamal Nebez <strong>and</strong> engineer<br />

Bruska Ibrahim <strong>and</strong> others. In addition there were<br />

representatives of the Kurdish TV <strong>and</strong> internet sites. <strong>The</strong><br />

conference was ended with the Kurdish anthem (Ay<br />

Raqib).<br />
