4- Ministry of national security <strong>and</strong> the institution of<br />

nationalist cadres.<br />

5- Ministry of petrol. To use the Kurdish oil as a weapon<br />

for the independence of <strong>Kurdistan</strong>.<br />

A special committee for each ministry would carry<br />

out its management.<br />

<strong>The</strong> meeting adopted the charter of the Western<br />

<strong>Kurdistan</strong> government <strong>and</strong> the final announcement of<br />

the Herne meeting to be acted upon.<br />

A number of members of the Western <strong>Kurdistan</strong><br />

Government who reside in the UK attended the meeting<br />

<strong>and</strong> the meeting was opened by the Kurdish national<br />

anthem (Ay Raqib) <strong>and</strong> by a minuet silence for the martyrs<br />

of the continuous uprising that first started in the Qamishli<br />

stadium on 12/3/2004 <strong>and</strong> all martyrs of <strong>Kurdistan</strong>. <strong>The</strong><br />

meeting was ended by exchanging congratulations <strong>and</strong><br />

applause for the achieved success.<br />
