problems <strong>and</strong> the extent of their support <strong>and</strong> supply to<br />

liberation issues.<br />

• Five: <strong>The</strong> Kurdish liberation movement is asked to<br />

study the subject of armed struggle <strong>and</strong> its present<br />

situation, <strong>and</strong> its future in regard to quantity <strong>and</strong> quality.<br />

• Six: <strong>The</strong> Kurdish liberation movement is asked to regain,<br />

support, develop <strong>and</strong> utilize various human <strong>and</strong> economic<br />

capabilities… ideologically <strong>and</strong> practically in service<br />

of liberation.<br />

• Seven: <strong>The</strong> Kurdish liberation movement is asked to<br />

draw a plan to make use of the resources in <strong>Kurdistan</strong>,<br />

liberation, <strong>and</strong> not the opposite as it is now.<br />

• Eight: <strong>The</strong> Kurdish liberation movement is asked to<br />

establish an overall national <strong>and</strong> unifying vision on<br />

international <strong>and</strong> <strong>Kurdistan</strong> grounds, <strong>and</strong> that can be<br />

established through the <strong>Kurdistan</strong> <strong>Nation</strong>al Congress.<br />

• Nine: <strong>The</strong> Kurdish liberation movement is asked to a<br />

straight <strong>and</strong> courageous definition of the enemies <strong>and</strong><br />

friends of the Kurdish people. <strong>The</strong> friends are all those<br />

who recognize the right of the Kurdish people to have<br />

their independent political entity <strong>and</strong> the enemies are<br />

any non Kurdish authority in <strong>Kurdistan</strong>, regardless to<br />

the political affiliations of those friends <strong>and</strong> enemies.<br />

• Ten: <strong>The</strong> Kurdish liberation movement is asked to put<br />

their struggle actions within a complete plan for the<br />

national future of the Kurdish nation, <strong>and</strong> not make<br />
