in 1998 led to the fall of the Kurdish revolution in<br />

Northern <strong>Kurdistan</strong> <strong>and</strong> the capture of its leader Abdullah<br />

Ocalan. Are not these examples enough to take the<br />

lessons <strong>and</strong> avoid that in the future?<br />

• Fourteen: <strong>The</strong> Kurdish liberation movement is asked<br />

to uncover <strong>and</strong> announce those who trade with destinies<br />

of the <strong>Kurds</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Kurdistan</strong>. <strong>The</strong> history teaches us that<br />

whenever any Kurdish revolution falls it is followed by<br />

some groups who as a reaction announce the mistakes<br />

of that revolution <strong>and</strong> put the blame on this person or<br />

that. However, after a while those same groups commit<br />

to the same game… etc. So, the Kurdish people should<br />

be more aware <strong>and</strong> join the ranks of a movement that<br />

represents what they believe in so that they could be<br />

able to check a lot of their suffering <strong>and</strong> the suffering<br />

of all the other peoples in the region. So, if they believe<br />

in liberation of <strong>Kurdistan</strong> <strong>and</strong> creating a Kurdish state<br />

they should join with a Kurdish movement that aims to<br />

establish a Kurdish state <strong>without</strong> any beating round the<br />

bushes, otherwise the suffering of the Kurdish people<br />

would have no end.<br />

• Fifteen: <strong>The</strong> Kurdish liberation movement is asked to<br />

create a new form <strong>and</strong> a new Kurdish national liberation<br />

organization in a way that the leadership decisions would<br />

reflect their will <strong>and</strong> the revolution should as any other<br />

revolution in the world have a pyramid structure. <strong>The</strong><br />

leadership at the top of the pyramid should rely <strong>and</strong><br />

take its power from comm<strong>and</strong>ers <strong>and</strong> gradually enlarging<br />

circles until it reaches the wide basis of masses. I am<br />

saying this because unfortunately our revolutions were<br />

upside down <strong>and</strong> their pyramids were st<strong>and</strong>ing on their<br />

top rather than basis. That is why we saw that when<br />
