have awareness <strong>and</strong> free our spirits by using logic <strong>and</strong><br />

taking inspiration from the reality to underst<strong>and</strong> that our<br />

security is in danger more than any time before. This<br />

danger cannot go away unless the illusions go away.<br />

Yes, I call for a Kurdish state <strong>and</strong> I do not see any<br />

other way to the national security <strong>and</strong> peace for the Kurdish<br />

people.<br />

So, let us now leave all those who become angry for<br />

their anger <strong>and</strong> go forward truthfully <strong>and</strong> seriously <strong>and</strong><br />

ask why a Kurdish state? How can it be? And when?<br />

As the first <strong>and</strong> last objective of the Kurdish people is<br />

a Kurdish state to secure protection, peace <strong>and</strong> stability<br />

<strong>and</strong> to enable them to express themselves <strong>and</strong> their identity<br />

in their homel<strong>and</strong> <strong>Kurdistan</strong>.<br />

Let us start with “why” <strong>and</strong> state that the national<br />

security of the <strong>Kurds</strong> is indeed in danger to the extent of<br />

threatening our existence. All the peoples on our Earth<br />

planet protect themselves by establishing national states<br />

to face any eminent danger <strong>and</strong> force their respect on<br />

others. However, some of these peoples use their states<br />

as weapons against other stateless nations, as is the case<br />

for our Kurdish people <strong>and</strong> their suffering blackmail on<br />

the h<strong>and</strong>s of the governments occupying <strong>and</strong> dividing<br />

<strong>Kurdistan</strong>.<br />

<strong>The</strong> occupiers of our homel<strong>and</strong> <strong>Kurdistan</strong> by creating<br />

their artificial political borders disintegrated <strong>Kurdistan</strong><br />

<strong>and</strong> built their states, peace <strong>and</strong> security on the account<br />

of our state, peace <strong>and</strong> security.<br />

<strong>The</strong> occupiers of <strong>Kurdistan</strong> with their states surround<br />

our will <strong>and</strong> at the same time carry out their plans to<br />

control us <strong>and</strong> protect themselves by this in fear that we<br />

refuse their control. Thus their independence is the exact<br />
