opposite the site.<br />

The Report must <str<strong>on</strong>g>be</str<strong>on</strong>g> completed by a practicing c<strong>on</strong>sulting structural engineer and <str<strong>on</strong>g>be</str<strong>on</strong>g> submitted<br />

for Council records prior <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> occupati<strong>on</strong>, issue <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> an Occupati<strong>on</strong> Certificate or issue <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the Final<br />
