The site is located <strong>on</strong> the southern corner <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the ‘T’ intersecti<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> Turramurra Avenue and W<strong>on</strong>ga<br />

W<strong>on</strong>ga Street, Turramurra. The site comprises 5 separate parcels <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> land and is generally<br />

rectangular in shape, measuring 5,915sqm. The site has a fr<strong>on</strong>tage <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> 98.6m <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> Turramurra Avenue<br />

and 58.2m <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> W<strong>on</strong>ga W<strong>on</strong>ga Street. The site c<strong>on</strong>tains a num<str<strong>on</strong>g>be</str<strong>on</strong>g>r <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> significant trees that are<br />

predominantly located al<strong>on</strong>g the Turramurra Avenue and W<strong>on</strong>ga W<strong>on</strong>ga Street fr<strong>on</strong>tages, providing<br />

a distinctive landscape character for the site.<br />

south <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> Nulla Nulla Street. Turramurra retail and commercial precinct, Pacific Highway and the<br />
