This course is designed to help technology students apply criteria<br />

documentation. Oral reporting techniques will be enhanced<br />

The food industry operates in a people intensive environment.<br />

perception skills, <strong>and</strong> information h<strong>and</strong>ling. Emphasis will also be<br />
