CAREERS<br />
The Food Technology program will produce a graduate who<br />
has combined skills in chemistry, nutrition, microbiology,<br />
engineering, processing, quality assurance <strong>and</strong> business<br />
management; one who is well qualified to work in many<br />
aspects of the food industry as well as in government. With<br />
two work terms built into the program, our students graduate<br />
with experience in their chosen field that will help them gain<br />
