CHAPTER 2: About Administering Accounts
As the administrator of an organization, you can manage brands and user accounts for your organization.
About Brands
5ml allows you to segregate you projects by adding brands to your organization. You can then associate one or more
user accounts to each of your organization's brands.

About User Accounts
5ml allows you to add user accounts to your organization and brands so that you can manage who has access to your
projects. When you add a user account you can assign the user account one of two types of roles.
• Org Admin–The Org Admin user role can add, edit, and disable brands. This user role can also add, edit, disable,
and delete a user account. In addition, it can work on projects associated with any of the organization's brands.
• Author–The Author user role enables users to work on their brand's projects.
Note: Which functionality a user can access depends on the type of 5ml account that they have access to; regular or
premium.
