5ml User's Guide Disabling a Brand You can disable a brand from the Administration page. User account's with the Author role will not be able to use a disabled brand. To disable a brand: 1. On the Administration page, click Brands. 2. In the Brands list, select the brand to disable, and click Disable. Figure 2-1: Disabling a brand. The brand appears disabled in the Brands list. - 18 -
CHAPTER 2: About Administering Accounts Adding a User Account You can add a user account to a brand from the Administration page. To add a user account: 1. On the Administration page, click Users, and then Add New. Figure 2-1: Adding a new user The Create User dialog appears. 2. In the Create User dialog, enter the information for the new user. a. In the Full Name field, enter the user's first and last name. b. In the Email field, enter the user's email address. This email address will act at the user's log in account name. c. In the Password field, enter a password for the account. d. In the Verify Password field, enter the password again. e. From the Role dropdown menu, select a user role. The user role options are Org Admin or Author. • Org Admin–Use when you want the user to access all brands for the organization and create new users for the organization. • Author–Use when you want the user to only author projects. f. The Organization field displays the name of the organization the new user will belong to. g. From the Assign To Brands list, select the checkbox for each brand that you want to give the new user access to. - 19 -
