Using the VBox Widget<br />

The VBox widget lets you create a vertical box for laying out page elements. Each asset or widget you drag into the VBox<br />

is automatically placed vertically in a column, below the previous one. As you add more elements, the VBox grows taller.<br />

You can set an offset (in pixels) between the elements inside the VBox, and change the appearance of the VBox<br />

separately from the other elements and from the page itself.<br />

To place the widget on a page and create a VBox element, drag the widget from the Layout tab of the Widgets pane to the<br />

Canvas, as shown in Figure 13-10 on page 323. You can then resize, align, and arrange the element to fit your page<br />

design (for details, see "Working in the Project Editor" on page 154).<br />

After placing the VBox widget on the page, you can drag other widgets from the Widgets pane, or assets from the Assets<br />

pane, into the VBox element, as shown in Figure 13-11 on page 324.<br />
