These tables contain thesame information provided in Tables 137 <strong>and</strong> 138 except that the drugs are sorted <strong>by</strong> drug type.(<strong>Drug</strong> types are the subgrouping <strong>of</strong> similar drugs noted <strong>by</strong> class <strong>and</strong> category in Tables 17 <strong>and</strong>18.)107
