Althoughstatistically non-significant, African American drivers were found to have the highest percentage<strong>of</strong> drug-positive results in both daytime (14.4%) <strong>and</strong> nighttime (20.5%) samples, followed <strong>by</strong>Other (12.8% daytime <strong>and</strong> 16.2% nighttime), <strong>and</strong> White (11.6% daytime <strong>and</strong> 15% nighttime).41
