B–<strong>62755EN</strong>/017. AC SPINDLE (ANALOG INTERFACE)7.6TUNING AFTERREPLACING PCB(S SERIES ACSPINDLE)1. Set jumpers on the PCB to the previous satate.2. Check whether ROM is mounted or not and confirm version of ROM.If ROM is not mounted or ROM series is different, remove the ROMfrom the old PCB and mount it on new PCB.3. Install the PCB to the unit and set the system to the emergency stopstate. Then turn on power and measure voltage on the PCB.Test pointsRating+24V About 23V 4%+15V +15V 4%+5V +5V 2%–15V –15V 2%4. If the PCB mounts jumper SH, set it to SET.(Depending on version of PCB, there is no jumper SH.)5. Confirm that jumper S1 is set to DRIVE and turn on power.6. Press DATA ⇑, SET , UP and DOWN⇓ buttons at the same timefor more than one second to enable writing parameters.When the display shows FFFFF , it is a state that parameters can bewritten.7. Set parameters according to the parameter list attached to the machine.1) When you press and hold MODE button and press⇑UP orDOWN⇓key, you can change parameter number.2) When you press⇑UP or DOWN⇓key without pressing MODEkey, you can change the values of parameters.8. After you have completed the setting of parameters, release theemergency stop, rotate the spindle at a low speed to see whetherproblem does not occur.* At first, check from low speed to midium speed.* You should be ready to press the emergency stop button to escapefrom accidental problem.9.
