d) As such WCS does not believe <strong>the</strong> employee should be expected to absorb <strong>the</strong>calculated fringe benefit within <strong>the</strong> employee’s fringe benefit package.e) WCS will make a grossed up allowance payment to each employee who falls intothis category based on ei<strong>the</strong>r an individual employee or a shared basis with o<strong>the</strong>remployees which, on an after tax basis, equates to <strong>the</strong> fringe benefit value attachedto each vehicle which is being home garaged.f) The employee will be expected to make a contribution after tax to WCS toeliminate <strong>the</strong> calculated fringe benefit value. This allowance payment will notattract <strong>the</strong> superannuation guarantee.7. Home Based Worka) WCS may request, due to effective and efficient considerations, an arrangementwhere an employee works from home. WCS may provide computing resources forhome use, remote access capability, phone line installation and reimbursement of100% of line rental. A security and OH&S assessment must be conducted.b) In agreed cases where a working from home arrangement is requested by <strong>the</strong>employee, <strong>the</strong> employee is responsible for all costs with maintaining a home basedoffice and may wish to seek reimbursement for <strong>the</strong>se costs via taxation refundentitlements. The employee would be required to provide a secure workenvironment and cover <strong>the</strong> cost of an OH&S assessment.8. Leave Below One DayEmployees with access to TOIL may use TOIL for all absences of less than one day whereverpracticable; however annual or personal leave may still be accessed for <strong>the</strong>se absences.9. Personal LeaveA WCS employee is entitled to 18 days full pay personal leave on commencement of service.This entitlement is accumulative per accrual year.10. Definition of Class of Person for Carer’s Leave PurposesThe entitlement to use personal leave in accordance with this clause is subject to:(i) <strong>the</strong> employee being responsible for <strong>the</strong> care or support of <strong>the</strong> person concerned; and(ii) <strong>the</strong> person concerned being:(a) a spouse of <strong>the</strong> employee; or(b) a de facto spouse, who, in relation to a person, is a person of <strong>the</strong> opposite sex to <strong>the</strong> firstmentioned person who lives with <strong>the</strong> first mentioned person as <strong>the</strong> husband or wife of thatperson on a bona fide domestic basis although not legally married to that person; or(c) a child or an adult child (including an adopted child, a step child, a foster child or an exnuptialchild), parent (including a foster parent and legal guardian), grandparent, grandchild orsibling of <strong>the</strong> employee or spouse or de facto spouse of <strong>the</strong> employee; or(d) a same sex partner who lives with <strong>the</strong> employee as <strong>the</strong> de facto partner of that employee on abona fide domestic basis; or(e) a relative of <strong>the</strong> employee who is a member of <strong>the</strong> same household; orCommunity Sector Multiple Business Agreements 2006
