Employee Assistance Program17. O<strong>the</strong>r ProvisionsWCS employs <strong>the</strong> services of an Employee Assistance Program provider. Employeesare able to access free and confidential counselling sessions (up to four) with <strong>the</strong>provider to discuss personal or work related matters.WCS has a range of provisions and conditions of work not reflected above or in <strong>the</strong> <strong>MEA</strong>.Examples include an Employee Work Plan scheme tied to individual performance outcomes andlearning and development, o<strong>the</strong>r allowances, grievance resolution, shared behaviours, code ofpractice and OH&S which are reflected in a common law agreement known as <strong>the</strong> MOU–Payand Conditions Guide.
