D5 Conflict Resolution ServiceThe following additional terms are only binding on Conflict Resolution Service and <strong>the</strong>employees of Conflict Resolution Service.1. Dispute Assessment Officers (DAO) working Relief DAO hoursThose staff members employed as Permanent Part-time employees may work as a ReliefDispute Assessment Officer. The hours engaged as a Relief Dispute Assessment Officer willbe paid at <strong>the</strong> casual rate and will be considered to be paid final and in full, in lieu of all leaveprovisions such as Sick Leave, Annual Leave, and Long Service Leave.2. Permanent Staff working as Casual MediatorsWhere a permanent full-time or part-time employee is also employed as CRS mediator, <strong>the</strong>actual hours engaged as a mediator will be paid at <strong>the</strong> casual rate and shall be considered to bepaid final and in full and is in lieu of all leave provisions such as Sick Leave, Annual Leave,Long Service.Permanent full-time and part-time employees will have included in <strong>the</strong>ir contracts ofemployment, <strong>the</strong>ir substantive role and <strong>the</strong>ir mediator role.The following substantive permanent roles are affected- Executive Officer- Dispute Assessment Officer- Practice and Compliance Officer- Training Officer- Healthy Neighbourhood Project Officer- Mediation Co-ordinator3: Equivalent CRS Worker RolesCommunity Services Worker LevelLevel 1Level 2Level 3Level 4Level 5Conflict Resolution Service Equivalent- Role Players- Administrative Officer- IT Support Officer- Mediator- Relief Dispute Assessment Officer- Coach- Mentor- Dispute Assessment Officer- Healthy Neighbourhood Project Officer- Community Development & EducationOfficerCommunity Sector Multiple Business Agreements 2006
