D5 Conflict Resolution ServiceThe following additional terms are only binding on Conflict Resolution Service and theemployees of Conflict Resolution Service.1. Dispute Assessment Officers (DAO) working Relief DAO hoursThose staff members employed as Permanent Part-time employees may work as a ReliefDispute Assessment Officer. The hours engaged as a Relief Dispute Assessment Officer willbe paid at the casual rate and will be considered to be paid final and in full, in lieu of all leaveprovisions such as Sick Leave, Annual Leave, and Long Service Leave.2.
