8.9.2(b)Programmed days off shall be nominated in accordance with <strong>the</strong> rosteringprovisions of subclause 8.7.8.9.3 Work on a programmed day offAn employee required to work on a day nominated as a programmed day off shallbe paid for work in accordance with <strong>the</strong> overtime provisions of this agreement andshall not be entitled to an alternate programmed day off.8.9.4 Twelve hour shiftsBy agreement between <strong>the</strong> employer and <strong>the</strong> majority of employees at <strong>the</strong>workplace, ordinary hours not exceeding twelve on any shift may be workedsubject to such an agreement being recorded in writing.
