11.4.2 Time off in lieu of payment shall accrue at <strong>the</strong> following rates:11.4.2(a)11.4.2(b)11.4.2(c)The first 76 hours in any two weekly cycle on an hour for hour basisAny overtime worked in excess of three hours on one day at double time;andAny overtime in excess of 38 hours in one week:11.4.2(c)(i)11.4.2(c)(ii)First three hours at time and one half;After three hours at double time.11.4.3 Subject to paragraph 11.4.4 time off in lieu accrued shall be taken as soon aspracticable after <strong>the</strong> extra duty.11.4.4 By mutual agreement, an employee may accumulate up to ten hours' time in lieu.11.4.5 By mutual agreement, where an employee has accumulated ten hours' time in lieu,<strong>the</strong> employee may take <strong>the</strong> time off in conjunction with annual leave and shall bepaid for <strong>the</strong> time at <strong>the</strong> rate of 150 per cent for each hour worked. In suchcircumstances, <strong>the</strong> time off in lieu shall not attract annual leave loading asprovided for in clause 24.11.5 Minimum paymentAn employee who is required to present for overtime work on a Saturday, Sunday orpublic holiday shall:11.5.1 Be paid for a minimum of three hours;11.5.2 Not be required to work <strong>the</strong> full three hours if <strong>the</strong> work to be performed iscompleted in a shorter period.11.6 Calculation of payment11.6.1 The hourly rate to be used for such calculations shall be that defined in clause 9.11.6.2 In <strong>the</strong> case of casual employees, overtime payments shall be in addition to <strong>the</strong>twenty-five per cent casual loading, so that:11.6.2(a)11.6.2(b)Where time and a half is applicable, <strong>the</strong> rate of pay shall be 175 per cent of<strong>the</strong> hourly rate;Where double time is applicable, <strong>the</strong> rate of pay shall be 225 per cent of <strong>the</strong>hourly rate.11.6.3 In computing overtime payments, each day's work shall stand alone.11.7 Recall to workCommunity Sector Multiple Enterprise Agreement 2009
