Technicalsupport personnel may ask you to provide this information.The B.A.S.I.S. G firmware ID is BAGLKS. The B.A.S.I.S. Vfirmware ID is BA_LKS.Version number of the lock’s firmware. Technical supportpersonnel may ask you to provide this information.Hexadecimal number indicating firmware conditions, such asfirmware resets, that have occurred at the lock since thediagnostics code was last cleared. The code 0x00 means noconditions have occurred.To view the meaning of the code, tap the more button (...). TheDiagnostics Codes window shows each active diagnostics codeand its meaning.
